Mmmm, NaNoWriMo panic!

Does November really start this Saturday? As in, 5 days from now?

Really?

Well, crap.

But it's the good kind of panic. Like on a roller coaster, when you're at the top of that first hill and going "OH CRAP OH CRAP OH CRAP AAAAHHHHH!"

Man I am so screwed. I haven't plotted/planned/outlined/scratched ANYTHING yet and I like, really need to.

I want to win this year - mostly because I know it's impossible to win.

I like to go for the inconceivable things, heh

It's not impossible! I've done it three times!

Have you tried just jumping in unprepared to see where your characters take you? That's what worked for me.

I tried that last year - (well, I had a rough outline) but the problem was I loved the characters so much that it got into a detailed mess and I reached 50K (and then some) but the story wasn't finished. :(

I'm really hoping I can finish the story this year...fingers crossed!
