101 Things in 1001 Days.

So, I've finished my [livejournal.com profile] mission101 list. I'm starting on it today, because today is always a good day to start improving one's life, and on Saturday, February 20, 2010, I will be throwing a "I'M DONE" Party. Unless I somehow finish all this stuff before then.

For those of you who missed my last post on this subject, [livejournal.com profile] mission101 is a challenge where you make a list of 101 things you want to do, then do them all in 1001 days. That's 2 years, 8 months, and 25 days, according to this calculator. I think this is pretty stinkin' cool. I like things that provide motivation, as I am naturally a pretty lazy girl, and this is pretty awesome motivation. It has all the things I like in motivation: lists, a deadline, and a LJ community to join. WIN.

So I've put my list here behind two LJ cuts. I've divided my list into two major groups, Serious and Fun, and then categorized those items further. I'm going to italicize things that are in progress, and then strike them out once they are done. Feel free to skip the Serious stuff if you want. Here they are:

Woo!

So today I went to a birthday party for a 4-year-old and it was cool. I got some fancy new jewelry:

FANCY!

I am so totally stylin', now.

Actually, I went because I'm babysitting the kiddo tomorrow, and her mom thought it would be a good idea for us to meet beforehand so she's not freaked out when her parents leave her with A STRANGER. Now I am not a stranger! I have been in her playhouse and helped set up her shiny new soccer net! She's a pretty cool kid.

Also, I made some totally awesome chicken and ramen. Cooked the chicken in a little oil with ginger and garlic and a little bit of these red pepper flakes I have, then cut it up, put it back in the frying pan with the ramen, added soy sauce and more of the same spices, and oh man. Totally awesomely delicious. I really need to go grocery shopping. I'm running out of things in my cabinets. I really need to get ingredients for cookies, because a couple of my coworkers have demanded that I bring cookies on Tuesday.

Also, guys, Petracovich is awesome. I've been listening to her "Blue Cotton Skin" album all day today and oh man. I'm pretty sure she's so awesome because her name is Jessica. So pretty ♥
