OMG NANOWRIMO

It just hit me that on Thursday I will start writing my new novel, and I have no idea what I'm going to write about. This time last year, I at least had a name I loved. This year, I got nothing. And I'm a liiiiiiiiiittle bit freaked out.

Names, anyone? I don't know if I can ever top "Queightiey" as a name, but I hope I can find one I like at least half as much as I loved Queightiey. I think if I have a name, I'll be okay. A name, and a first word.

Playing with random name generators has yielded the following:

Jaynie Lyubov
Thorborg Svanhildur
Cassarah Savannah
Briar Rosa

I'm a little indifferent towards all of them. I kind of like Thorborg, for a robot. Otherwise, eh.

Looking back at my nano posts last year, I wasn't keen on Queightiey at the start, but man I love her now. That's reassuring, at least.
