HAPPY THINGS

Because this needs to be separate from my last entry.

This morning! This morning was amazing. It made me very happy. I walked out of my apartment, and as I was standing facing my car, there were several very cool things happening at once. To my right (the west), it was all gray gloomy clouds, with the addition of a beautiful double-rainbow. One of the arcs was very, very bold and distinct, and the fainter one was above it. I don't think I've ever seen a double-rainbow in person before, so I stared at it for a few minutes.

Then I looked to my left (the east). To my left was bright sunshine, and rain. The rain was maybe 20 feet away? Seriously. Right in front of me, it was not raining, and it was not raining to my right, but to the left, towards the sunshine, 20 feet away, it was raining. I've never seen that before, either.

Also, I LOVE when it rains when the sun is shining. It always reminds me of Mr Glaser, because in his class we watched Kurosawa's Dreams and the first part is about how foxes have their weddings when it rains while the sun is shining. But even before that, I loved sunshine rain.

So yeah. Double-rainbow + sunshine rain + rain 20 feet away + a gray cloudy morning = today was a good day. It was very refreshing <3
