So! Someone gave me a copy of "season 0" of Battlestar Galactica, a 3-hour miniseries leading up to the actual show I guess, and I watched it last night and... I liked it!
I have heard a lot about the show, enough that I recognized names (Starbuck and Apollo mostly), but not enough that I had any clue what to really expect. I'm downloading* Season 1 now, and I'm impatient to get home and watch it.
On the plus side, I don't have cable so I can't really get hooked on the show to the point where I have to be home to watch it.
Also, Megan, I finished that series. I'll bring it back to you Wednesday.
*I am impatient! I will probably buy it eventually if I really like it. That's what I did with Wonderfalls and Firefly and Invader Zim. Heroes I didn't buy, though, because I was uninterested by the end of the season.
