For Windows, Winamp (http://www.winamp.com/) does, and for Windows or Mac, iTunes (http://www.apple.com/itunes/) does with a plug-in (http://qtcomponents.sourceforge.net/). On a *NIX system, try XMMS (http://www.xmms.org/).

That's odd. Winamp and Windows Media Player had trouble with it and wouldnt play it. Ooooh well.

How old is your Winamp? I think that only versions newer than 2.9 or so can play Ogg files.

I cant find that information anywhere. I accidentaly re-downloaded it a few months back so it should be pretty recent still.
