So I've been trying to log onto the Capital One website for a while, so I can pay my bill online and not have to worry about checks making before and after certain dates, but it wouldn't let me.

I finally got around to calling them to figure out why, and it wouldn't let me in the phone system, either. It always stopped me at the SS# prompt. A-ha! They had my SS# wrong.

Once I figured that out and got through to a person (by just not pushing anything at that prompt), it took less than 3 minutes to get it fixed. I'm logging on to the website right now.

Just thought I'd share that with y'all, I think that's pretty good customer service there.
